- Own and maintain BSBI’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across markets, channels and materials.
- Act as the main point of contact for brand and content matters between central teams and local markets.
- Translate brand priorities into clear briefs, guidance and actionable outputs for countries, suppliers and internal teams.
- Own brand onboarding for staff, working students, freelancers and external suppliers working on BSBI branding.
- Own the accuracy, quality and ongoing upkeep of website content.
- Maintain the website development plan, ensuring priorities, timelines and dependencies are clearly tracked.
- Own the website content sign-off process, coordinating reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure website content is accurate, current, brand-aligned and ready for publication.
- Lead content development for new programme launches, ensuring required digital and print materials are ready by agreed launch dates.
- Own and maintain the programme calendar, including programme information, pricing, intakes and key launch timelines.
- Provide training to relevant teams on newly launched programmes, ensuring they understand key messages, content, pricing and intake information.
- Act as Editor-in-Chief of Pioneer Magazine, managing editorial planning, content sourcing, editing and production coordination.
- Coordinate the preparation and publication of all scientific magazines.
- Own awards, rankings and recognition submissions, including narratives, evidence, timelines and reusable submission materials.
- Manage central brand repositories, including Dash, ensuring approved assets, templates, logos, imagery and documents are current and accessible.
- Remove outdated or duplicate assets and communicate approved updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Line-manage and mentor the Working Student for Website CMS, Social Media Coordinator and video team.
- Coordinate the CMS Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator and video team to ensure content and brand execution are aligned.
- Set priorities, provide clear briefs and oversee quality control across website, brand, content, social media and video tasks.
