We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Team in Berlin as a working student for 20 hour a week starting 01.12.2025.

From the moment a new colleague joins our dynamic organization, we are responsible for running every aspect of the employment process. If you are passionate about human resource management, we are currently looking for a qualified Working Student to provide support in processes related to workforce management, labor relations, policy implementation and HR compliance, contributing to making the organization a better place to work.

Your tasks:
- Create and maintain physical and digital personnel files, support the administration of our HR system (Personio), and prepare and issue HR-related documents.
- Collaborate on various projects and contribute to the successful implementation of HR initiatives (e.g. employer branding, digitalization, health management & employee benefits).
- Maintain HR documents, presentations, and guidelines to ensure they reflect current policies and procedures.
- Use tracking tools (e.g. MS Excel) to maintain accurate HR records and data.
- Support the maintenance and tracking of student worker records, ensuring all files and documents are complete and up to date.
- Ensure smooth communication with student workers regarding HR processes and employment procedures.
