Position Summary:
The Student Services Officer plays a key role in supporting the Student Life team by handling general student enquiries across various communication channels and providing administrative and operational assistance. The aim is to ensure a smooth, supportive, and engaging student experience throughout their time at BSBI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for student enquiries, offering professional and timely support.
- Maintain regular communication with students via email, in person, phone, and other platforms.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring seamless administration and clear communication.
- Issue official letters and documentation (e.g., confirmation of study, visa letters) upon student request.
- Support the enrolment process and assist students with onboarding at the Berlin campus.
- Advise students on BSBI policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Organise and coordinate student events, including orientation sessions, graduation ceremonies, webinars, and information sessions.
- Coordinate the Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures, including conducting formal/informal meetings with students and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist in developing and distributing student satisfaction surveys and work to ensure high response rates.
- Provide guidance on various academic and non-academic matters, such as: Accommodation support, Attendance and interruptions of studies, Life in Berlin, Health insurance and wellbeing.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.
