Your Responsibilities
Position
The key objective is to support the Student Services team by fielding general student enquiries by various communication channels and to provide general administrative assistance.
In this role your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
• Being the first point of contact for our students.
• Supporting regular communication with students through various channels
• Delivering excellent customer service by providing seamless administration and effective communication.
• Issuing official letters to students upon request.
• Answering emails promptly and professionally.
• Supporting students in their enrolment process on campus
• Guiding students in their questions regarding the BSBI policies and procedures.
• Answering phone calls from students and providing assistance as needed.
• Performing other administrative duties as requested by the manager.
