Freelance Lecturer for the English Department - BSBI Berlin

The Opportunity:

Your tasks:

• Teaching the modules

• Grading the assignments and exams

• Proofreading of texts

• Participation in the meetings of the department

• Providing the lesson plans

• Course materials preparation

• Exam Invigilation

Essential:

Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

• English Language

• Linguistics

• Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL / TEFL or related disciplines)

• At least five years teaching experience

Desirable:

• Familiarity with CEFR and outcomes-based teaching

• Classroom management in multicultural and international classrooms

• Experience with academic writing, presentations, and exam preparation

• Experience in syllabus design or adapting existing curricula

• Ability to create or revise teaching materials

• Experience with assessment, grading, and feedback

• Proofreading and academic editing skills (important if materials require approval)
