Job Description:
As a Student Services Officer at BSBI, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support to
our students throughout their academic journey. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that students
receive timely assistance and information regarding institution policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Student Communication: Maintain regular communication with students through various
channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver efficient and effective administrative support,
ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students.
3. Official Documentation: Issue official letters and documents to students upon request,
following established procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
4. Visa Support: Assist students with visa-related inquiries and processes, ensuring they have
the necessary documentation for their studies.
5. Registration Finalization: Guide students through the finalization of their registration,
ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
6. Policy Guidance: Assist students in understanding and navigating institution policies and
procedures, offering guidance and clarification as needed.
7. Phone Support: Answer phone calls from students, addressing their queries and concerns,
and directing them to the appropriate resources or departments when necessary.
8. Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation, as directed by the manager.
9. Improving Student Experience: Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall student
experience, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to management.
